Phenomenal Customer Service
On Sunday evening I realized that my pipes were frozen despite taking all of the recommended precautions. After staying up all night trying to find the source of the problem, I called Quik Action Plumbing at 6am. The owner of the company answered the phone and all of my questions. He relayed to me that a service call for frozen pipes is a waste of my money until the pipes are thawed. He was completely honest. I have been in contact with him all week and he has been offering suggestions of things that I may try to speed up the thawing process and to prevent any further damage. Today, Wednesday, he came by just to check and make sure the pipes truly were frozen and it is the main underground line that is frozen. Dave and his company are truly one in a million. They truly understand the idea of great customer service, which seems to be a lost art. It makes me feel good to know that there are still businesses out there that truly care about the people they are servicing. You may be wondering what all these phone calls and service call has cost me and the answer is absolutely nothing. I know I can call Quik Action Plumbing at anytime day or night and they will be there to help me. They are honest and reliable.

Great Problem Solvers
I have an older home and my basement would flood regulary. A friend told me to call Quik Action Plumbing Co., the came and installed a sump pump in my basement. I have not had a flood problem since. The guys were great, thank you Quick Action!!!

My tub was recently clogged. I called Quick Action, they were extremly helpful and sent someone to fix it the same day. The plumber that was sent to my house was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Quick Action to anyone with a pluming problem.
